We extend our sympathy to Bettye Prosser and family in the loss of her husband, Bobby Prosser, who passed away Sunday evening. Visitation will be held today from 4-8 PM at Taylor Funeral Home and Thursday from 10 AM until the time of service at 11 AM at Walnut Street. He was the father of Mandy Pewitt and grandfather to Bethany Moore and Benjamin & Poppy Pewitt.

Prayers have been requested for:

• Jed Deweese, who has returned home from the hospital
• Milton Williams, who is doing well, requests no visitors at this time
• Drew Hicks, who is recovering from a car accident at Horizon RM #112
• Dorothy Few, who has returned home from NHC
• Dennie Spann, (father of Bunnie Cherry and Spook Spann) who has been placed under hospice care at Brookdale Belle Meade; due to public health concerns the facility has requested no visitors
• Odell Harris, (mother of Pamela Massie) who has been admitted to Horizon with cellulitis
• James D. Williams, (father of Debbie Henderson) who is having foot and leg issues
• Jean Moore, (mother of Joan Vineyard) who has been moved to Waverly Health Care
• Alison Davis, (sister-in-law of John and Jennifer Davis) who is scheduled for surgery on March 16 to remove a tumor from her liver
• Bo Marvin, (grandson of Tommy & Cynthia Marvin) who is recovering from an outpatient procedure

All ladies are invited to a come-and -go bridal shower honoring Whitney Cervantes, bride-elect of Jordan Ralph on Sunday, March 15 from 1-2:30 PM in the Gathering Room. Whitney is registered at Target and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Jordan Ralph is the son of Tracy Hinton.

Please note that our Sunday evening worship service has returned to 6 PM and the Wednesday Adult Bible class will resume meeting at 4 PM on March 11.

Make plans to attend our Wednesday Express Meal tonight at 5:30 PM. Our menu will be chicken and dressing, corn, cranberry salad and dessert. Hosting this meal is the Sunday morning Bible class which meets in room 410.

The Golden Deeds ministry is collecting scarves during the month of March. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.

Sign-up sheets will be available in all adult classes starting Sunday, March 15 for the upcoming Community Egg Hunt. There are several ways you and your family can be involved in this outreach event on Sunday, April 5.

Please note that the Thursday morning Ladies’ Bible class will not meet again until April 2.
