We extend our sympathy to Dale Duke in the loss of his father, Lee Duke, who passed away this morning. Funeral arrangements will be handled by Taylor but details are not known at this time. He was the brother of Anita Martin.

• Bob Stone, (grandfather of Austin Gray) who is recovering from blood clots and will undergo treatment for cancer
• Donna Proffit, (sister of Beverly Spicer) who will undergo cancer surgery on August 5 at Centennial Medical Center
• Ray Rye, (son-in-law of Betty Owen) who will undergo open heart surgery
• Susie Bush, (mother of Lacey Piland) who is recovering from heart surgery

Ladies, mark your calendar for the annual Mother Daughter Banquet 2019 on Monday, August 12 in the Gathering Room. Photos will begin at 5:30 PM and meal and program at 6:00 PM. Cost is $14 for adults, $7 for girls age 6-12 and girls 5 and under are free. You may sign up for this event at the sign-up desk or call the church office. Deadline to sign up is Thursday, August 8th at 9 AM (please note the new date for this event that has previously been held in May)

July’s items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are plastic utensils and water. These items will be added to backpacks for the homeless in our community. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
