We extend our sympathy to Lisa Cooper, Marcia Foncree, and Celia Ennis and family in the loss of their father, Granville Early, who passed away this morning. Visitation will be held Friday from 5-8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until the time of the funeral at 10 AM at Taylor Funeral Home.
We extend our sympathy to Evan Radtke and family in the loss of his 36-year-old brother, Jonathan Radtke, who passed away unexpectedly in Florence, AL. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time.
We extend our sympathy to J.T. and Suzanne Gillson in the loss of Suzanne’s brother, John P. Cole, who passed away today in Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time. He was the uncle of Katelyn, Hannah and Jenna Gillson.
We extend our sympathy to Mark Gooch and Lori Whitaker in the loss of their uncle, Tommy Gooch, who passed away suddenly yesterday. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time. He was the brother-in-law of Jean Gooch.
We extend our sympathy to Kay Thompson and family in the loss of her mother, Allene Rial. Funeral services were held Monday at McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville. She was the grandmother of Jennifer Davis and Bethany Wilkins.

- Barbara Wellons, who has returned home from the hospital recovering from pneumonia
- Joyce Crownover, who is recovering from hip surgery; no calls or visits at this time please
- Barbara Donegan, who will undergo hip replacement on 2/20
- Felicia Bueno, (fiancé of Enoch Williams) who has returned home from the hospital; she will undergo additional tests
- Odell Harris, (mother of Pamela Massie and grandmother of Kim Yates and Michelle Webber) who has returned home from the hospital
- Larry Bates, (brother of Betty Owen) who has lung cancer and is not doing well
- Sharon Webster, who is in an Arizona hospital recovering from hip replacement surgery
Other Announcements:
The come-and-go bridal shower honoring Felicia Bueno, bride-elect of Enoch Williams, has been postponed, and will be rescheduled.
Walnut Street’s food pantry is in need of the following items: canned fruit, peanut butter, crackers, cereal, granola bars and microwaveable meals. Also needed are manual can openers and travel size toiletries.
Reminder for those who signed up: The Senior Ministry outing to the Renaissance Center Gas Light Theater will be Friday, February 15 at noon.
Don’t miss tonight’s Wednesday Express Meal which begins at 6 PM. Come and enjoy a chili supper and some great fellowship.
