- Sandy Clinton, who has requested prayers for herself and her daughter Sofia
- Aaron Hall, (grandson of Peggy Bean) who is recovering from surgery at Vanderbilt Hospital
- Tim Tucker, (father of Leann Thomas) who will undergo surgery Thursday and upcoming tests

John DeBerry will be joining us Sunday, August 14. John will speak Sunday morning, teach the adult Sunday morning Bible class, as well as the evening worship. Our friends from Second Street Church of Christ will worship with us.
All 3rd-5th graders are invited to the CIA Picnic in the park on Saturday, August 20 from 10:30 AM to 1 PM. Meet at Walnut Street at 10:30. Look for a sign-up sheet in the Gathering Room.
The Golden Deeds Ministry is collecting men’s t-shirts (all sizes) during the month of August. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.
