Walnut Street will participate in Boo Fest on Main again this year! Make plans to join us Saturday, October 30 in the parking lot beside our counseling building. We need lots of candy donations, and those can be brought to the office or the Gathering Room.  We also need volunteers for this fun community outreach!

Flu shots will be available tomorrow (Wednesday) from 11 AM to 1 PM in our library.  (ages 14 and older) Please bring your insurance card and wear clothing that is accessible for a shot. Any questions, call Rachel Donegan at 615-202-2310

Walnut Street will host our annual Household Item Swap and Giveaway on Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2 in the Fellowship Hall.  Set up and swap will begin Friday at 4:30 PM and end at 7 PM.  Saturday’s give-away will be held from 9 AM-12 PM Saturday and is open to the public. No clothing or shoes will be accepted, and unclaimed items must be picked up by 11 AM Saturday. At 1PM Saturday, a truck from The Help Center will be picking up all of the items that are left over. If you have additional questions, contact Debbie Horsley at 615-852-3159. A Sign-up sheet is available in the Gathering Room for volunteers for Friday night and Saturday morning.
