We extend our sympathy to the friends and family of Sean Moore, who passed away Wednesday, October 20. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

- Joseph Wooten, who responded Sunday morning
- Curtis Southerland, who has returned home from the hospital; waiting on test results
- Barbara Weatherspoon, who will undergo knee surgery on Wednesday
- Carolyn Gray, who is recovering from a broken tailbone and vertebrae from a fall; will undergo a procedure today to repair the broken vertebrae
- Jennie McLay, (new member) who will undergo tests this week
- Colton Chamberlain, (grandson of Dorinda Wilson) who has developed a fever; continues to be treated for infection at Centennial Medical Center
- Marilyn Englehart, (cousin of David Porter) who is undergoing treatment for cancer
- Ronnie Wright, (step-father of Lori Teal) who has returned to Olive Branch following surgery for a blood clot
- Terry Mars, (father of Cindy Garton) who is not doing well
- Kathy Richardson (mother of Brian Richardson) who is waiting on test results
- Steve Prusakiewicz, (cousin of Robert Kowalczyk) who will undergo back surgery this week

Make plans to attend our upcoming 5th Sunday Fellowship on Sunday, October 31 we will enjoy a 5th Sunday service at 9 AM, 10:15 Bible classes, followed by a catered meal. We will conclude our day with a mid-day service.
Join us for a drive-by baby shower honoring Katie Daniel on Saturday, October 30 from 10-11 AM. Katie is registered at Amazon and Buy Buy Baby. Hunter & Katie are expecting a boy!
Walnut Street will participate in Boo Fest on Main again this year! Make plans to join us Saturday, October 30 from 5-7 PM, in the parking lot beside our counseling building. We need lots of candy donations, and those can be brought to the office or the Gathering Room. Come out and enjoy the evening with us!
Just a reminder that all adult classes are invited to meet in the auditorium for Wednesday night classes for the following dates: October 27 and November 3. This week’s lesson is Dealing with the Loss of a Spouse and will be taught by Jeff Jenkins.
The CIA annual hayride and cookout at the Tidwell’s Farm will be held on Saturday, November 6. Please meet at the building ready to leave at 1 PM, and will be returning at 4 PM. Please text Pat Pewitt at 615-970-9172 to sign up for this event.
The Golden Deeds Ministry is collecting small tools and flashlights during the month of October. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.
