We extend our sympathy to

Jean Pass (former Walnut Street member), in the loss of her husband, Bill Pass. A memorial service will be held in October. Jean can receive cards at 2731 Hartsville Pike, Lebanon, TN 37087. He was the uncle of TJ Pass (106 Eastwood Drive).

We extend our sympathy to Dawn Lewis in the loss of her grandfather, Wodven Wright, Sr. who passed away Sunday. Funeral services will be held Saturday in Florence, AL. He was the great grandfather of Chase and Seth Lewis. He was 102 years old.

We extend our sympathy to Deondra Marowa in the loss of her sister, Destiny Moore. A memorial service will be held Saturday in Indianapolis, IN.

We extend our sympathy to Nancy Sands (former Walnut Street member) in the loss of her son, Steve. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time. Nancy can receive cards at 13770 Metcalf Ave, Tallgrass Creek Apt 2114, Overland Park, KS 66223.

• Rick Gray, (husband of Betty Ruth Gray and father of Ashley Fussell and B.J. Owen) who is recovering from successful surgery to repair an abdominal aortic aneurysm at Centennial
• Martha Hudson, who has returned to NHC
• Sharon Webster, who will return to Tucson next Wednesday; she and Jim will be under doctor’s care (8131 East Rivenoak Drive, Tucson, AZ 85715-4470)
• Bob Lynch, who responded Sunday morning requesting prayers
• Dan Nelson, who responded Sunday evening requesting prayers
• Buddy Yates, who has returned home Encompass Rehab
• Oscar Perez, whose back surgery has been postponed
• Phyllis McCasland, who is recovering from knee replacement surgery
• Belinda Cummings, who is scheduled to have shoulder surgery on September 27
• Bobby Prosser, who has returned home from the hospital
• Bryan Wheeler, (brother of Deanna Wheeler) who is struggling
• Estelle Triplett, (mother of frequent visitor Pauline Brown) who is at home recovering from a broken hip

Don’t miss Walnut Street’s Annual Outdoor Worship Service and Picnic Sunday, September 22 at 4 PM, meal at 5 PM & Worship at 6 PM. (make sure to bring a lawn chair) Invite your friends!
Sunday morning Bible classes were asked to bring the following food items for Sunday’s picnic:

• 406 (8 AM) – chips
• 410 – baked beans
• 412 – chips
• Chapel – chips
• Loft – cookies/brownies

All 3rd-5th graders are invited to the CIA Movie on Sunday, September 22 from 1 to 3:15 PM in the Loft. This group will also serve drinks at the picnic.

The Alzheimer’s Support Group will not meet this Sunday due to the Picnic and Outdoor Worship Service.
