We extend our sympathy to Billy Shelton in the loss of his brother, Jack Shelton, who passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be held today at 2 PM at the Rock Church Cemetery.

Ladies, mark your calendar for the annual Mother Daughter Banquet 2019 on Monday, August 12 in the Gathering Room. Photos will begin at 5:30 PM and meal and program at 6:00 PM. Cost is $14 for adults, $7 for girls age 6-12 and girls 5 and under are free. You may sign up for this event at the sign-up desk or call the church office. Deadline to sign up is Thursday, August 8th at 9 AM (please note the new date for this event that has previously been held in May)

August’s items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are small Bibles (not just a NT) and Band-Aids. These items will be added to backpacks for the homeless in our community. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
