Correction from Sunday’s Edifier-Girl’s Night out for the 6th -12th grade girls was held August 22.
The church food pantry is in need of the following: canned corn, carrots, peas, pinto beans, green beans, white beans, mac-n-cheese, canned fruit, tuna, canned chicken, cereal, oats, peanut butter, chili, beef stew, spaghetti and spaghetti sauce, crackers, and small bags of rice.
Fall quarter classes for children will begin Sunday, September 4, and Wednesday, September 7.
The Golden Deeds Ministry is collecting men’s t-shirts (all sizes) during the month of August. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.
