- Jan Beard, (sister-in-law of Lisa Harris) who is recovering from surgery for a broken femur
- Wayne Steed, who has returned home from the hospital
- Roger Michael, who is recovering from knee replacement removal at St. Thomas Mid-town
- Barbara Frazier, (mother of Meagan Grosvenor; St. Thomas West room 498) who is recovering from a second surgery
- Toni Krantz, who is caring for an elderly friend
- Gary Yates, (son of Melvin & Marie Yates) who will undergo surgery at Centennial on October 1

Make a note Youth Parents & Youth: The Youth Chorus practice and Sunday evening’s devo has been canceled due to the Outdoor worship & picnic. Also, the 5th Quarter for Friday evening has been canceled due to Homecoming.
Don’t miss Walnut Street’s 2nd Annual Special Outdoor Worship Service and Picnic this Sunday at 6 PM at Holland Park. Picnic begins at 5 PM (make sure to bring a lawn chair). The Clement Railroad Museum will be open free of charge from 4-6 PM. In case of inclement weather, the picnic and worship service will take place in the Fellowship Hall.
The CIA Group (3rd-5th grades) will be helping serve drinks at Sunday’s picnic. If you are able to help please meet at Holland Park at 4:30 PM.
Churches of Christ Disaster Relief needs volunteers to help pack food boxes on Tuesday, September 25 at 10 AM.
The Alzheimer’s Support Group will have an abbreviated meeting on Sunday, September 23 due to the picnic.
Our own Shasta Brown will speak at an upcoming Ladies’ Day at the Rosemark Church of Christ in Rosemark, TN tomorrow. Registration will begin at 9:30 AM; lunch will be served. All ladies are welcome to attend.
All ladies are invited to the next DOTS outing to Loredo’s Taco Shop on Thursday, September 27 (6 PM). A sign-up sheet is located in the Gathering Room.
There will be a Security Ministry Organizational Meeting on Sunday, September 30 immediately following the mid-day worship service. This meeting is for those who are already part of this ministry AND anyone who is interested in participating.
