We extend our sympathy to Gene Albright in the loss his wife, Margie Albright. Visitation will be held Saturday from 1 PM until the time of the funeral service at 3 PM at Taylor Funeral Home. Mrs. Margie was the mother of Debbie Albright.
We extend our sympathy to Karl and Valerie Littleton and family in the loss of Karl’s mother, Virginia Littleton. Visitation with the family will be held today 11 AM -1 PM at Taylor Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at the McElhiney Cemetery at 2 PM on Friday. Mrs. Virginia was the grandmother to Jake, Luke, and Olivia Littleton.
Prayers have been requested for:
- Boyd DeLoach, who is in Centennial Hospital with an infection
- Emory Marlin, who remains hospitalized; awaiting a procedure
- Jennie McLay, who has returned home from the hospital; will undergo additional tests
- Zachary Scruggs, who remains in Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital; showing improvement
- Sue Buckner, who is at home recovering from surgery
- Robbin Kinzer, who received a good report from her follow-up appointment
- Kimberly Fowlkes, who will undergo treatment in Jackson this week
- Helen Myatt, who will undergo cataract surgery on Tuesday, May 17
- Aaron Hall, (grandson of Peggy Bean) who is in NHC for physical therapy recovering from an accident
- Debbie Kowalczyk, (mother of Robert Kowalczyk and Jennifer Street) who is recovering from shoulder surgery
- Angie Lott, (member of the community) who has requested prayers for better health

A Young Adult class will begin Sunday, May 15 in room 412. Chris Hedge and Mark Holland will lead the group in a study entitled “Where Do We Go from Here?”
The Golden Deeds Ministry is collecting large trash bags during the month of May. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.
