We extend our sympathy to Archie Marowa and family in the loss of his sister, Lorraine Marowa, who passed away Tuesday in Zimbabwe. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time.

We extend our sympathy to B.J. Garton and family in the loss of his mother, Irene Garton, who passed away Saturday. Funeral services were held yesterday at Dickson Funeral Home. She was the aunt of Tina Littleton and the mother of Betty Vetter (friend of many at Walnut Street).

Prayers are requested for:

• Greg Keele, who responded to the invitation and requested prayer
• Wayne Heflin, who has pneumonia
• Roy Burkhart, who will begin undergoing treatment
• Laura Lazenby, who will have cancer surgery on December 17
• Sherrie Spencer, who is recovering from knee replacement
• Sean Moore, who is in the VA Hospital in Murfreesboro
• Vonita Gray, who is recovering from foot surgery
• Zeke Erion, (newborn great grandson of Ted & Beverly Barber) who has several health concerns
• Bubba Gant, (uncle of Bill Harmon) who remains in Vanderbilt; suffered a stroke
• Jeff Yates, (brother of Mike Yates) who has returned home from the hospital
• Beverly Pounds, (mother of Mike Yates and sister of Del Vineyard) who is ICU at Centennial Medical Center recovering from quadruple bypass surgery
• Odell Harris, (mother of Pamela Massie) who has returned home from the hospital

December’s items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are gift cards for a meal from a restaurant close to the interstate. These will be added to backpacks for the homeless in our community. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
The Homebuilders Group is hosting an Adopt-a-Child for Christmas! Drop off for items will be at the Homebuilders Christmas Party on December 14th, 3:00-5:00 in the loft, where we are asking that you bring your favorite Christmas cookie/dessert, and your donated items. There will be ornament decorating and movie. If you have questions, please contact Joseph or Jamie Brown.
