We extend our sympathy to Larry Overton and family in the loss of his wife, Linda Overton, who passed away Thursday. The family will have visitation only on Saturday, November 27 from 4 to 8 PM at Taylor Funeral Home. Linda was the mother of Brad Overton friend of many at Walnut Street.
Prayers have been requested for:
- Gary Baggett, (brother of Steve Baggett) who suffered a heart attack Sunday and will undergo an arteriogram this morning at St. Thomas West
- Curtis Southerland, who will begin treatments this week
- Donnie Choate, who is recovering from surgery
- Coleman Tidwell, (son of Cory and Emily Tidwell) who has Myocarditis from Covid
- Kathy Dean, (friend of Brian and Meghan Richardson) who will undergo surgery Tuesday

Walnut Street’s Church office and Christian Child Care Center will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, 11/25 and Friday, 11/26
All classes will remain in the Auditorium Wednesday, November 24 for our Thanksgiving Eve Devotional.
The Golden Deeds Ministry is collecting disposable plates & cups during the month of November. Each month this ministry collects a different item to be shared with the homeless of our community. Look for the collection bin in the Gathering Room.
