- Ward Marsh, who has been diagnosed with cancer; will undergo additional tests
- Audrey Cunningham, who fell recently and suffered a broken hip.
- Amanda Perry, (friend of many at Walnut Street) who has been airlifted to Richmond, VA for covid treatment; her newborn baby is in Centennial Medical Center.
- Steve Burkhart, (brother of Pam Baggett) who is home recovering from Covid.
- RW McAlister, (brother of Bryan McAlister) who remains hospitalized with covid and has been placed on a vent

Flu shots will be available Wednesday, September 29 from 11 AM to 1 PM in our library. (ages 14 and older) Please bring your insurance card and wear clothing that is accessible for a shot. Any questions, call Rachel Donegan at 615-202-2310
All ladies are invited to a bridal shower honoring Ashley Flowers, bride-elect of Nathan Cummings on Saturday, October 9 from 10-11AM. Ashley is registered at Target, Amazon and Walmart.
Walnut Street will host our annual Household Item Swap and Giveaway on Friday, October 1 and Saturday, October 2 in the Fellowship Hall. Set up and swap will begin Friday at 4:30 PM and end at 7 PM. Saturday’s give-away will be held from 9 AM-12 PM Saturday and is open to the public. No clothing or shoes will be accepted, and unclaimed items must be picked up by 11 AM Saturday. At 1PM Saturday, a truck from The Help Center will be picking up all of the items that are left over. If you have additional questions, contact Debbie Horsley at 615-852-3159. A Sign-up sheet is available in the Gathering Room for volunteers for Friday night and Saturday morning.
