We extend our sympathy to Lauren Leach in the loss of her grandmother, Rena Patrick, who passed away Sunday.

We extend our sympathy to Sharon Lamastus in the loss of her mother, Christine Russell who passed away Saturday. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8 PM and Friday from 10 AM until the time of the funeral at 12 PM at Spann Funeral Home.

We extend our sympathy to Del Vineyard and family in the loss of his mother, Mary Vineyard, who passed away Friday. Visitation will be held this Friday from 4-8 PM and Saturday from 1 PM until the time of the funeral at 3 PM at Dickson Funeral Home. She was also the grandmother of Mike Yates.

 We extend our sympathy to George and Sara Caudill and friends of Brian Coughlin, who passed away last Thursday. Visitation will be Friday from 4 PM until the time of the funeral at 5 PM at Walnut Street Church of Christ.

 We wish to congratulate Steve and Judy Ragan on the birth of their great granddaughter, Amelia June Berkemeier, who was born August 21.

 Chip Haslam will begin teaching a new class on Wednesday evenings on the topic of angels and end times beginning September 1.  This class will meet in the chapel.  Bring your Bible.

All adult classes will meet in the auditorium for Wednesday night class for the following dates: October 13, 20, 27 and November 3. This class will enjoy a study from our devotional book “My Life In Him”.

If you are going to be working on flood relief efforts in Wavery, McEwen or Pinewood, there are supplies located in the Fellowship Hall that are available for you to take with you to use. If you are getting a group together to work, let the office know and they will try to recruit others to help.
