Other Announcements:
Out of an abundance of care for the safety and well-being of our brothers and sisters, the Shepherds encourage everyone to wear a mask during the more crowded times of entering and exiting the building. As a convenience masks will be available at all entry doors. This is a measure that is promoted by the CDC to reduce the spread of the virus by the wearer. It does not protect the wearer. This is an expression of thoughtfulness of others more than ourselves.

Reading for today: And he said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground. 27 He sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows; he knows not how. 28 The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. 29 But when the grain is ripe, at once he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.” Mark 4:26-29 (His Life Devotional Book page 189)
