Bible Classes/VBS – After much prayer, receiving input from medical personnel, and discussion, our shepherds have made the difficult decision to cancel our annual Family Vacation Bible School for this year. Many thanks to John and Robyn Lampley who were ready to hit the road running when the go head was received. Because of this year’s cancellation, we are already looking forward to VBS 2021. Also, it was hoped that we would be able to resume regular Bible Classes soon, however, the decision was made to not resume at this time. The number of Covid-19 cases will be monitored monthly, and plans will be made to resume classes as soon as it seems prudent to do so.
We have begun using a digital check in for attendance. In order to complete the process, each person needs to have a QR Reader app installed on his/her electronic device. These free readers are available through your app store. To access check in:
1. Open the QR reader.
2. Point your camera toward the QR code on either the screen or in the Edifier.
3. The digital check-in page will open and allow you to complete the brief form.
4. When prompted, choose submit.
Newer smart phones do not require a QR Reader. Simply open your camera, point to the QR code and you will be directed to the check-in page.
For those in need of assistance, help will be available at the conclusion of the services at the exits of the auditorium and the Welcome Center. You may also email questions to askwalnutstreet@wscoc.com.

Reading for today: 14 Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us [a]diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place. 15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing. 16 To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life. And who is sufficient for these things? 17 For we are not, as [b]so many, peddling[c] the word of God; but as of sincerity, but as from God, we speak in the sight of God in Christ. 2 Corinthians 2:14-17 (His Life Devotional Book page 154)
