A Special COVID-19 Message

YOUTH CHORUS TRIP UPDATE: As many of you are aware, Disney Parks and Universal Studios Florida have announced they will be closing Sunday and will be closed through the end of March. In communicating with the congregations that the chorus has planned to visit in the Orlando area, they believe additional businesses/attractions in the area will also be closing. Based upon what we already know about closures and the fact that it is changing on an hourly basis, the Spring Chorus Trip is being canceled. In the thirty-plus years this tradition has existed, we have had to make schedule adjustments several times, but it has never been necessary to cancel a trip. It disappoints us as we know it does you. Additional information will be provided at worship this Sunday morning. Alan and Bob

Reading for today:
And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:
“My son, do not despise the [a]chastening of the LORD,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
6 For whom the LORD loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.”
Hebrews 12:5-6 (His Life Devotional book page 60)
