We extend our sympathy to Sarah Roberts in the loss of her husband Will Roberts, who passed away this morning. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time.
We extend our sympathy to Candice Compton in the loss of her uncle, Troy Whitworth, who passed away Monday. Visitation will be held today at 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM at the Bennett May Pierce Funeral Home in Pulaski, TN.

• Sharon Webster, who has returned home from the hospital in Tucson, Arizona
• C.B Black, Jr. (brother-in-law of Norma Brewster who is an employee of Jim Williams) who is struggling with cancer
• Eloyce Reed, who is recovering from eye surgery
• Ira Weatherspoon, who is recovering at home from knee surgery
• Natalie Yates, who will undergo tests this week
• Anna Leta Moss, (friend of many at Walnut St.) who has returned to Vanderbilt for more tests
• Eve Hamilton, (friend of many at Walnut St.) who has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer

The Thursday morning ladies’ class will take a break for the holidays and will not meet again until January 9. (They will enjoy an add-a-dish meal on this date) When class resumes, they will continue with their study of the book God Pass by Me, by Cassandra Martin. (page 129) This class meets in the Loft each Thursday from 9-11 AM. New members and visitors are welcome.
Join us Sunday for “When Life Happens…Finding Christ’s Peace in Treacherous Seas”. If you would like to have a postcard invitation to share with a friend, they are available in the church office as well as the Welcome Center. This series will be held from 5-6:30 PM each Sunday through December 22. The lesson for December 1st is entitled “Caring for the Caregivers, Aging Needs” (Please note that November 24 will be Walnut Street’s annual Thanks Singing)
Walnut Street’s annual Thanksgiving Outreach Dinner and coat give-away will be held Saturday, November 23 at 5 PM. This year, we are in need of new and/or gently used children’s coats, hats and gloves. If you would like to donate, these can be dropped off at the church office or in the Gathering Room.
If you need a reminder of the area of service and/or the food item that you signed up to bring for the Thanksgiving Outreach Meal, those sheets will be available at the Welcome Center Wednesday night.
