Other Announcements:

Don’t forget our Fall Outreach: Trunk-Or-Treat is just around the corner. We need treats and exhibits. Once again, we will host this outreach in Fellowship Hall from 6 to 7:30 on Saturday, October 26. The indoor location removes weather as an issue and provides the best crowd control. Please sign up to host a table at the sign-up table in the Gathering Room. Each year at this outreach we have given Bibles or our devotional books to our visitors. Please save this date and plan to be a part of this time of fellowship and outreach.

Please note the following service time adjustments: Beginning Sunday, November 3 an early worship assembly, “Manna in The Morning”, will be offered at 6 AM in the chapel. Also, beginning Wednesday, November 6 our evening Bible study will be held at 6:30 PM.

Our next Food for Thought is Tuesday, November 12 at 12 noon. This year we will celebrate and recognize the service of all U.S. military veterans at this gathering. Please invite the veterans you know to join us for a lunch in their honor. Veterans and all first- time guests eat for free. Our speaker will be Walter Crafton, LTC USA (Ret.) Please RSVP with your number attending no later than Friday, November 8.

Join us Sunday for “When Life Happens…Finding Christ’s Peace in Treacherous Seas”. If you would like to have a postcard invitation to share with a friend, they are available in the church office as well as the Welcome Center. This series will be held from 5-6:30 PM each Sunday through December 22. This week’s lesson is entitled “Breaking the Enslavement of Addiction”.

Mark your calendar for the Homebuilder’s Group annual bonfire on Friday, October 25! Drinks, hot dogs, and marshmallows provided. Please bring chocolate, graham crackers and lawn chairs. Contact Joseph if you are able to come (615) 351-7367.
