We extend our sympathy to the family of Ann Dunlap (former Walnut Street member) who passed away July 27. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 24 at 4 PM at Madison Funeral Home.
We wish to congratulate John Peterson, (visitor of Walnut Street) who was baptized Wednesday, August 14.

- Rick Gray, (husband of Betty Ruth Gray and father of Ashley Fussell and B.J. Owen) who will undergo tests today through Wednesday at Centennial Medical Center and will then be scheduled for surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm
• Odell Harris, (mother of Pamela Harris) who is recovering at home
• Ray Rye, (son-in-law of Betty Owen) who is recovering from open heart surgery at St. Thomas
• Diana Bailey, who is having a hard time after double knee surgery

August’s items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are small Bibles (not just a NT) and Band-Aids. These items will be added to backpacks for the homeless in our community. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.
