We extend our sympathy to Bryan McAlister and family in the loss of his grandmother, Irene McAlister, who passed away yesterday. Funeral services will be held Saturday in Texas.

We extend our sympathy to Barbara Koger in the loss of her daughter, Alicia Mayberry. A memorial service will be held for the family on Saturday.

We wish to Congratulate Harley Davidson who was baptized Sunday morning. Harley is the daughter of Keith & Ellen Davidson and granddaughter of Charlie & Jane Daniel.

• Donnie Choate, who is recovering from stent surgery; he will receive additional stents today
• Darrell Baker, who has returned to Centennial Hospital for further tests on his heart
• Martha Hudson, who is in NHC (now in room 215)
• Larry Garton, who is recovering from stent surgery
• Deanna Wheeler and Terri Thompson, who responded Sunday morning
• Leonard Deen, (father of Lynette Carlucci) who has been moved to LifeCare in Columbia for rehab
• Lisa Zimdars, (friend of Suzanne Hinton) who is in ICU at Vanderbilt Hospital battling an infection (cards would be appreciated; room 9661)

Walnut Street’s Food Pantry assisted 28 families in June! Our current pantry needs are peanut butter, canned chicken, Vienna sausages, macaroni and cheese and canned fruit.

Reminder the D.O.T.S. Outing will take place tonight at the East End Café in Lyles.

There will be a Senior Outing to Breece’s Café on Thursday, July 25; sign up in the Gathering Room.

July’s items for the Golden Deeds Ministry are plastic utensils and water. These items will be added to backpacks for the homeless in our community. There is a collection bin in the Gathering Room.

Walnut Street Christian Childcare is taking applications for subs and for a full-time position which will begin in August. Please call Allyson at 615-306-3175 for more information.
