We extend our sympathy to Evan Radtke and family in the loss of his grandmother, Barbara Harville, who passed away Monday. Visitation will be held today from 12 until the time of the funeral service at 1 PM at Cross Point Church of Christ in Florence, AL.

We extend our sympathy to Robbie Oliphant in the loss of her husband, John Oliphant. Visitation will be held today from 4-8 PM and tomorrow from 12 until the time of the funeral at 1 PM at Taylor Funeral Home. He was the brother of Linda Williams.

All ladies are invited to a come-and-go bridal shower in honor of Katie Booker, bride elect of Hunter Daniel, on Sunday, April 7 from 1-2:30 PM. Katie is registered at Amazon.com and Target. Hunter is the son of Wade & Kimberly Daniel.

We are blessed and honored to have two of our Walnut Street ladies speak at upcoming Ladies’ Day events in our area. Robin Nelson will speak at Thompson Station Church of Christ on Saturday, April 6, and Janie Jones will speak at Centerville Church of Christ on Saturday, April 13.

The CIA group will go bowling this Sunday, April 7 from 2 to 3:45 PM. Meet at the office door at 2 PM. Cost is $5 and includes two games and shoe rental. Bring extra money for snacks.

Walnut Street Child Care is accepting applications for a full-time substitute/floater position. Applications may be picked up in the child care office, or call 615-306-3175. Also needed are volunteers to rock infants between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM Monday through Friday.
