We extend our sympathy to Eula Batey and family in the loss of her sister, Polly Patrick. Visitation will be held Saturday from 4-8 PM at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:30 PM, also at Taylor Funeral Home.
We extend our sympathy to Betty Owen in the loss of her brother, Larry Bates. Funeral services were held Monday at McDonald’s Funeral Home in Lobelville.

- Bobby Prosser, who is undergoing tests at Centennial Medical Center (Sarah Cannon)
- James Ayers, who responded to the invitation and requested prayer
- Shelby Jackson, (she and her husband Bryant are frequent visitors at Walnut Street) who has been experiencing complications following child birth
- Barbara Hughes, who is recovering from shoulder surgery
- Pam Deak, who has health issues
- Kim Yates, who is recovering from carpal tunnel surgery
- David Wills, (friend Greer family) who will undergo brain surgery
- Braxton Fuqua, (child, friend of Greer family) who has cancer
- Buddy Yates (father of Mike Yates) who will start cancer treatment this week

Churches of Christ Disaster Relief is in need of volunteers to help pack family food boxes today at 10 AM at their facility in Nashville. These boxes will go to areas in Alabama and Georgia that were recently hit by tornadoes.
Make plans to join us on Tuesday, March 12 for our next Food for Thought lunch. This month’s menu will be King Ranch Chicken Casserole, salad and dessert. Our speaker will be Bryan McAlister. This month’s Wednesday Express Meal will be held on March 13 beginning at 6 PM. The menu will be pizzas, subs and salads.
