We extend our sympathy to Jim Williams in the loss of his wife, Ruby Williams, who passed away Sunday. Ruby was also the mother of Robin Nelson, Ted Williams, and Troy Williams. Taylor Funeral Home will be handling all the arrangements for our sweet sister. Arrangements are not known at this time.
We extend our sympathy to Cheryl Clark in the loss of her husband, William “Lucky” Clark, who passed away Friday. Per his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no funeral or memorial service.
We extend our sympathy to family and friends of Ward Andrews, (former member of Walnut Street) who passed away Thursday. Visitation will be held at Taylor Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 24 from 11 AM and 1PM with a private graveside service after visitation at the Dickson Union Cemetery.

- Ray Myatt, who is recovering from surgery at home
- Odell Harris, (mother of Pamela Massie) who has returned home from rehab
- Gwynn Kerns, who has returned to NHC for rehab
- Rob Terrell, (son of Bob & Barbara Terrell, former minister of Walnut Street) who is in a San Antonio, CA hospital with Pancreatic cancer
- Marion Holland, who is seriously ill in NHC

Ladies, mark your calendars for the upcoming Ladies’ Retreat to be held February 2-3 at Camp Lake Benson. Sign-up in the Gathering Room January 14-28. Payment must be made when signing up.
If you have not picked up your His Word devotional book for 2018, they are available at the Information Booth, the table in the Gathering Room, or in the church office.
The Café Quilters group continues to meet each fourth Friday of the month from 6-10 PM in room 406. Contact Elva Gentry for more information. This group will not meet any time schools are cancelled due to weather.
