We wish to congratulate Corinne Brown, who was baptized Wednesday night. Corinne is the daughter of Joseph and Jamie Brown and the granddaughter of Gaylan and Melissa Brown.
We extend our sympathy to Dino Smith (former member, friend of many at Walnut Street) in the loss of his father, Lewis Smith. Funeral arrangements are not known at this time.
We extend our sympathy to Dorothy Few and family in the loss of her sister, Margie Cochran, who passed away Monday. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Spann Funeral Home.
We extend our sympathy to Larry and Susan Snow in the loss of Susan’s mother, Lucille Porter, who passed away Tuesday. A graveside service was held Monday at Crestview Cemetery in Gallatin, TN.

- Sherrie Spencer, who will have knee replacement surgery Monday at Williamson Medical Center
- Robbie Oliphant, who is recovering from shoulder surgery at Williamson Medical Center
- Johnny Oliphant, who will have chemo next Thursday
- Madilyn Evans (infant granddaughter of Bert & Melanie Evans, great granddaughter of JC Tidwell) who is undergoing tests at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital
- Beverly Hollis, (friend of Barbara Beasley) who is recovering from surgery for oral cancer
- Ray Mayo, who responded to the invitation and requested prayer Sunday morning
- Jim Southerland, who is recovering at home
- Patrick Cowan, (brother of Penny Langston) who has returned home from the hospital
- Pete Graham, who is recovering at home
- Greg Keele, whose hip replacement surgery went well, hopes to return home tomorrow
- Mary Vineyard, (mother of Del Vineyard) who has been moved to NHC Place at the Trace in Nashville, TN
- Wilma McLaughlin, who is recovering at home
- Shayn Roby, (friend of Candice Compton) who has a heart aneurysm
- Harley Watts, (friend of Marsha Dickerson) who has stage 4 cancer
